Return Policy

If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the ship date to the return address listed on your invoice. Returns must be unwashed and unworn with the tags still attached.  Swimwear, lingerie and anything noted as final sale cannot be returned.

Ready to Wear/Made to Order:

Once the return has been approved, you will be fully refunded in the same way you made payment. 

Custom:

Your deposit on custom garments is non refundable.  In the event of a custom return, your refund will be the full price of the garment minus your initial deposit. 

Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return your garments unless the items are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival. MielE Clothing Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages but we will make every effort to help remedy the situation.
